Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Onsite start in BGC, Taguig is required.

Qualifications

• College graduate in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of HR Shared Services, HR Helpdesk, CS or HR Operations experience.
• Experience with HRIS, ticketing systems or case management tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
• Provide guidance on payroll, benefits, leave, and HR policies.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and employee records.
• Process employee data updates and HR transactions.
• Escalate complex issues to HR specialists and leaders as required.
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR service delivery team.
