Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil seeks an HR Head in Navotas to lead the group HR function and partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals. This on-site role requires strong HR business partnering, generalist expertise, and proven leadership in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

You will oversee end-to-end HR operations, workforce planning, compliance, and governance, while driving talent development, compensation, payroll integrity, and stakeholder engagement across operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong HR generalist and HRBP experience.
• Proven HR leadership experience.
• Manufacturing or large workforce background preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement group HR strategy aligned with business goals; advise senior leadership; support organizational design and workforce planning.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Oversee recruitment strategy and execution; build local and international talent pipelines; manage seasonal and operational workforce planning.
• Employee & Industrial Relations: Ensure labor law compliance; manage employee relations cases; strengthen engagement, safety culture, and retention across operations.
• Learning, Development & Succession: Design training pathways; lead succession planning; ensure compliance training and leadership development programs are in place.
• Compensation & Payroll: Align compensation and benefits with group standards; oversee payroll compliance; support annual salary and reward reviews.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with regulations; maintain HR governance and documentation; deliver HR metrics and reports for leadership review.
