Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years HR experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong HR generalist background across major HR functions.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Experience in the financial services, investment, banking, or FinTech is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
