Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is recruiting an HR Head to lead the People function for the Philippines and emerging markets. You will shape talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and performance management while driving culture initiatives and governance across markets.

You will partner with business leaders to align workforce strategies with growth objectives, and you will use workforce analytics to guide strategic decisions and sustainable expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR functions in FMCG or similar sectors.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition, succession planning, and development.
• Ability to design and drive HR strategies and major initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Partner with business leaders across the Philippines and emerging markets to align talent, organization design, and workforce strategies with business growth objectives.

• Advise senior stakeholders on workforce strategy, governance, risk, and employee relations, ensuring compliant and effective people practices across markets.
• Leverage workforce analytics and market insights to inform strategic decisions, identify organizational opportunities, and support sustainable business growth

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Head should have:

• Experience in the FMCG industry or a similar environment (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, management, and development.
• Ability to lead organisational change and develop HR strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in managing compensation and benefits programmes.
