Job Description

• Partner with business leaders across the Philippines and emerging markets to align talent, organization design, and workforce strategies with business growth objectives.
• Lead transformation and change initiatives, driving organizational effectiveness, capability building, leadership development, and adoption of new ways of working.
• Own the people agenda, including talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and culture initiatives.
• Advise senior stakeholders on workforce strategy, governance, risk, and employee relations, ensuring compliant and effective people practices across markets.
• Leverage workforce analytics and market insights to inform strategic decisions, identify organisational opportunities, and support sustainable business growth

The Successful Applicant

A Successful HR Head Should Have

• Experience in the FMCG industry or a similar environment (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, management, and development.
• Ability to lead organisational change and develop HR strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in managing compensation and benefits programmes.
