ATC Merchandise & Trade Center, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager-Corporate to provide strategic HR leadership for a fast-paced FMCG distribution operation in the Philippines.
You will translate business needs into practical people strategies, partnering with senior management and driving workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, performance, compensation, engagement, and organizational development.
We are looking for an HR Manager-Corporate who can provide strategic HR leadership while staying closely connected to the realities of a fast-paced FMCG distribution business.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can translate business needs into practical people strategies, provide sound guidance to Management, and lead HR initiatives across workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, performance, compensation, engagement, and organizational development.

HR Strategy & Business Partnership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and operational priorities.
Partner with Management and department heads on workforce and people-related decisions.
Provide HR guidance on organizational, employee, and labor-related matters.
Establish HR priorities, policies, programs, and service standards.
Workforce Planning & Organization Development
Lead manpower planning and workforce budgeting.
Review organizational structures, staffing requirements, and reporting relationships.
Develop and maintain appropriate job descriptions and role requirements.
Identify workforce gaps and recommend practical organizational solutions.
Employee Relations & Labor Management
Provide strategic direction on employee relations matters.
Manage complex, repeated, disputed, or high-risk employee cases.
Guide investigations, disciplinary proceedings, performance concerns, and other sensitive HR matters.
Promote fair, consistent, properly documented, and compliant HR practices.
Recruitment & Talent Management
Develop recruitment strategies based on manpower requirements and business priorities.
Oversee recruitment effectiveness for critical and high-volume positions.
Establish appropriate recruitment and selection standards.
Support talent pipeline and succession planning initiatives.
Performance, Retention & Engagement
Establish and improve performance management practices.
Guide managers in addressing performance gaps and employee concerns.
Develop strategies to minimize avoidable turnover.
Analyze employee turnover and engagement trends and recommend appropriate interventions.
Compensation & Benefits
Provide direction on compensation strategies, salary structures, and salary reviews.
Review recommendations involving promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and workforce costs.
Coordinate with Finance/FAD to ensure compensation decisions are aligned with approved budgets.
Support internal equity and market competitiveness.
Learning & Development
Identify organizational and leadership capability gaps.
Establish learning and development priorities.
Recommend training and development initiatives for employees, supervisors, and managers.
Monitor the effectiveness of development programs.
HR Compliance, Governance & Analytics
Establish HR policies, controls, and governance standards.
Monitor HR compliance requirements and audit readiness.
Ensure appropriate HR documentation and employer-specific processes are maintained.
Develop and review HR reports covering headcount, turnover, recruitment, absenteeism, employee relations, probation, and performance.
Translate HR data into actionable recommendations for Management.
HR Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop the HR team.
Establish clear responsibilities, performance expectations, and service standards.
Strengthen the capability of HR Generalists, particularly in employee relations and HR operations.
Ensure appropriate HR coverage and continuity of operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including HR management and employee relations.
Experience in FMCG, distribution, sales, logistics, retail, or other fast-paced operational environments is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Philippine HR practices, employee relations, and HR operations.
Proven experience in workforce planning, performance management, recruitment, compensation, and HR strategy.
Experience working with senior management and leading HR teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, sound judgment, and business acumen.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a geographically distributed workforce.
