Job summary

Koko Mart Trading Inc. is seeking an in-person E-commerce Operations Lead to drive our Shopee and TikTok storefronts. You will oversee sales, inventory, promotions, and online marketing while managing the e-commerce team and ensuring product quality aligns with company standards.

You will develop strategies, translate targets into actionable plans, and improve traffic and conversion through data analysis to meet store sales goals. Strong communication and coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• College/University graduate.
• Hands-on experience setting up and operating online stores on Shopee and TikTok.
• Experience in variety retail, toys, accessories, or related product categories preferred.
• Computer literate and proficient in basic computer operations and office applications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the overall operations of the company’s Shopee and TikTok online stores.
• Oversee and coordinate store sales, inventory management, promotional campaigns, and online marketing activities.
• Manage and monitor product quality control to ensure products meet company standards.
• Manage the e-commerce team, including work assignments, coordination, supervision, and performance management.
• Develop and implement e-commerce operational strategies, break down sales targets into actionable plans, and optimize store traffic and conversion rates through data analysis. Maintain healthy platform account performance and ensure the achievement of store sales targets.
