Job summary

Wonder FSM Marketing Corporation is seeking a competent HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR reporting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of HR Generalist experience, a Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace and experience with HRIS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Knowledgeable in payroll systems and payroll processing, including attendance, deductions, overtime, and statutory contributions.
• Strong knowledge across all major HR functions: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, C&B, Employee Engagement, HR Administration.
• Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and other statutory requirements.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and timekeeping/attendance systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on in day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Maintain HR records, 201 files, contracts, and HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and statutory requirements.
• Support employee relations, communications, and engagement initiatives.
