Job summary

ARCHON PHILIPPINES is seeking a seasoned HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations, lead recruitment for supervisory and managerial roles, ensure policy compliance, and maintain accurate employee records across the region.

The role collaborates with Head Office HR on learning and development, engagement programs, and performance management while addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding processes.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for supervisory and managerial positions.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and standards across the region.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely submission of required HR reports.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Head Office HR in implementing learning and development initiatives, employee engagement programs, performance management activities, and organizational development projects.
• Identify training and development needs within the region and coordinate learning interventions with corporate HR.
• Address employee concerns, complaints, disciplinary cases, and workplace issues in a fair and professional manner.
• Foster positive employee relations and promote a productive and engaging work environment.
• Organize and implement employee activities, wellness programs, and company-sponsored events.
• Ensure effective execution of corporate HR strategies, policies, and programs at the regional level.
• Provide recommendations and insights to enhance HR processes, policies, and employee experience.
• Serve as the primary HR liaison between regional operations and Head Office.
• Monitor, analyze, and report HR metrics such as recruitment performance, turnover, training effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce trends.
• Handle and support labor relations activities, investigations, and disciplinary proceedings as required.
