Job summary

Elev8 Holdings, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist Officer to support HR service delivery, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and employee relations.

You will manage lifecycle events, onboarding, records, and reporting while coordinating with Department Heads. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience, with knowledge of Philippine labor standards and HR compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience including service delivery, talent acquisition, engagement and relations.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor standards, employee relations and HR compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HR systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information and multiple HR requirements on deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle onboarding, transfers, promotions, regularization, clearances and separation docs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Address employee HR requests and monitor pending transactions.
• Prepare HR service reports and escalate delays or concerns.
• Coordinate recruitment from sourcing to onboarding and offers.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate assessments and interviews.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and vacancy aging.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and monitor recruitment timelines.
• Implement engagement, recognition, wellness, and employee experience activities.
• Manage activity requirements, communications, logistics, documentation, and post-activity reports.
