Job summary

SMC Integrated Farm Specialists Inc. is seeking an HR Assistant in Davao del Sur to support HR operations, policy implementation, and day-to-day administration. The role partners with HR Account-In-Charge to align with division objectives and ensure timely execution of HR processes.

The candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS data maintenance, contributing to a smooth HR workflow and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of generalist HR experience incl. recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management.
• Responsible for providing service and advice in Recruitment, Placement, Organization Development, Benefits, Administrative Services, Employee & Labor Relations, Compensation Management, HRIS, and related HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & placement for assigned accounts.
• Organize campus recruitment and job fairs.
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and new hire orientation.
• Administer benefits, loans, medical reimbursements, and insurance coverage.
• Support employee relations and compliance with LSR and safety standards.
• Assist in job evaluations, classification, and OD initiatives.
• Coordinate HRIS data collection, reporting, and personnel records.
• Support HR region with administrative services and budget-related tasks.
