Responsibilities

• Recruitment - sourcing, initial screening, testing, interview; participates in school fairs/organizes job fair.
• Training & Development - facilitates training plans, onboarding orientation, and evaluation.
• Employee Relations - coordinates company events/CSR activities, exit interviews, policy updates.
• Assists in employee benefits administration.
• Responds to employee inquiries with HR team, prepares reports/posters.
