The role includes sourcing, screening, offers, onboarding, and supporting performance management cycles. You will collaborate with the HR team to monitor attrition, attendance, and employee movement, and assist payroll while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management (HRM).
• At least 5 years of experience in IT, Retail, Service or FMCG.
• Excellent communication skills with strong analytical abilities.
• Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and the full hiring process.
• Source candidates through various mediums and platforms.
• Screen and endorse shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
• Verify candidate records for hiring.
• Conduct job offers, hiring, and onboarding activities.
• Support performance management cycles and HR data reporting.
• Assist in attrition, absenteeism, and employee movement analytics.
• Support payroll processing and other ad hoc tasks.
