Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of HR work experience across recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR administration.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Payruler) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Support employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance management programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in administering and monitoring employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely support for staff.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation for compliance with DOLE and other regulatory agencies.
• Provide support in employee relations, including disciplinary actions, preventive suspension notices, and grievance handling.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
