Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection across technical and administrative roles.
• Facilitate structured onboarding programs and ensure complete 201 file compliance.
• Support performance evaluation cycles, appraisal tracking, and Rewards & Recognition (R&R) initiatives.
• Maintain and update digital employee announcements via E-Bulletin Boards.
