Job summary

Wexcom Headhunting Services in the Philippines is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with 2–5 years of HR experience, strong communication, and HRIS/MS Office proficiency. SHRM-CP/PHR/CIPD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field required.
• 2–5 years of HR experience or similar role.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
• Professional HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
• Onboard new hires and prepare offer letters and contracts.
• Address employee queries and support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Promote employee engagement and wellness initiatives; conduct exit interviews.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, leaves, and documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel files.
• Support performance appraisal processes and development plans.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and administer benefits and insurance.
