Job summary

VXI Global Solutions in Makati is seeking a qualified HR Generalist to support labor relations, performance management, and employee development. You will coordinate HR initiatives and assist with various personnel movements.

The position requires a four-year degree, HR experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Graveyard shift availability is preferred and experience in a BPO environment is advantageous.

Qualifications

• College graduate of 4 year course, preferably with a degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management related courses.
• HR experience is a must.
• Experience in a BPO/Call Center setting is an advantage.
• Candidates who completed training/learning sessions focused on specific facets of HR (C&B, labor relations, etc.) is a plus.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Must be amenable to work in a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Labor relations: Administer employee discipline and corrective actions.
• Performance management: Coordinate performance reviews with supervisors and prepare change notices.
• Organizational development: Conduct HR talks/orientations for new hires.
• Compensation & benefits: Assist with employee queries on company and govt. benefits.
• Employee relations: Support HR initiatives and programs across the site.
• Administrative: Compile weekly site HR reports and support tasks from HR Asst. Manager.
