Job summary

Nextvas, INC. in Calamba, Laguna is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full spectrum of human resource functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

You will partner with managers and staff to maintain a positive work environment, administer benefits, and uphold labor laws. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and adaptability, with willingness to travel to Calamba, Los Baños, and Bay.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus.
• HR certification is an advantage.
• Prior HR experience preferred.
• Willing to work day or graveyard shifts as needed.
• Willing to travel to Calamba, Los Baños, Bay sites.
