Job summary

Private Advertiser in Cavite, Philippines is seeking an HR Assistant to support onboarding, payroll, and compliance activities for a workforce of 150+ employees. This role requires a practical understanding of HR processes and strong people skills.

You will coordinate orientations, maintain records, manage benefits inquiries, and help ensure policy compliance while providing reliable HR support to staff and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a trading environment, handling over 150 employees.
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer-literate. Knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and government-related ones.
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining records related to compliance activities.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system.
• Prepare and update HR documents, such as employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
• Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
• Assist in the resolution of employee conflicts and grievances
