About the role

The Human Resource Officer / HR Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig. This role is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company standards. The HR Officer / Generalist helps administer performance evaluations, benefits, and HR-related documentation, while providing guidance to team members on HR processes. The role involves close collaboration with management to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.

• Experience in Job Description Development, workforce planning, and role profiling
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with attention to detailProficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HR-related systems is an advantage
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate integrity, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
