Job summary

Appen Limited is seeking an HR Generalist in the Philippines to support onboarding, employee movement, and offboarding across ~600 Project Workers and 200 Corporate staff. You will work within HR Operations, ensuring compliance and timely HR services while aiding benefits, engagement, and local reporting.

You will gain exposure to Sprout and Workday, support automation efforts, and contribute to global HR initiatives. Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, generalist, or shared services (Philippines).
• Knowledge of Philippine statutory requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms Sprout and/or Workday.

Responsibilities

• Issue employment contracts and confirm pre-employment requirements for Day 1.
• Conduct new hire orientation on policies, benefits, and entitlements.
• Coordinate Day 1 readiness with IT, Facilities, and hiring manager.
