Job summary

Innodata Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR operations for a 300+ global workforce. You will own onboarding, records management, benefits administration, compliance, reporting, and HR projects across US regions.

You will drive initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and a positive employee experience. Collaboration with HR leadership on strategic priorities is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience supporting a distributed workforce in the US is preferred
• Knowledge of US employment laws and HR policies
• Strong communication, organizational and process-improvement skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
• Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and related systems
• Administer employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Serve as primary contact for HR policies, employment documentation, benefits, and HR processes
• Execute lifecycle transactions including hires, promotions, transfers, leaves, compensation changes, and terminations
• Own and manage assigned HR programs and initiatives and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
• Develop and improve HR processes, templates, trackers, SOPs, and employee-facing resources
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and workforce metrics with accuracy for decision-making
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, retention, and audit standards
• Partner with HR leadership on projects and strategic priorities
