Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking an HR Support professional to manage onboarding, employee records, and compliance across the employee lifecycle. You will process new hires, maintain Lyric HR data, and ensure accuracy in documentation while coordinating with Payroll and regional teams.

The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work across multiple HR systems (ADP Lyric, UKG, Kronos).

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, onboarding, or employee lifecycle management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR transactions simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of US labor laws (multi-state preferred).
• Hands-on experience with ADP Lyric, UKG, and Kronos preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and process new hire forms and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Enter new hire information into Lyric HR after ICIMS onboarding and verify system readiness.
• Manage offer letters for new hires and changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Complete Form I-9 verification and review E-Verify results for compliance.
• Generate dated compliance reports and ad hoc HR reports as required.
• Support HR data changes, rehire requests, and cross-functional documentation needs.
