Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of general HR experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and HR administration.
• Strong experience and expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end processes.
• Preferably at least 1 year of people management or leadership experience.
• Experience in logistics, maritime, transportation, shipping, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day HR operations across various HR functions, ensuring timely and effective delivery of HR services.
• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Handle employee relations concerns and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Support performance management processes, including reviews, development, and related HR initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs and other employee-related processes.
• Coordinate and support training and development initiatives based on organizational and employee needs.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Support development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives that contribute to engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR team and other stakeholders as needed.
