Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Bauan, Batangas for a full-time onsite role. The position focuses on recruitment and talent acquisition while supporting day-to-day HR operations and collaborating with management on people-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HR, strong recruitment expertise, and previous exposure to logistics or maritime sectors. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years in HR with recruitment and employee relations.
• Experience in logistics/maritime industries is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across HR functions.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Partner with hiring managers on manpower requirements and strategies.
• Handle employee relations concerns and provide policy guidance.
• Support performance management processes and development initiatives.
• Assist in compensation and benefits programs administration.
• Coordinate and support training and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Contribute to HR policies, programs and employee engagement.
