ISTA Solutions in Manila seeks an HR Associate to support employee relations, policy administration, and labor law compliance. You will work onsite in Makati and Mandaluyong, handling counselling, exit processes, and daily HR tasks.

The role prefers at least 6 months HR Generalist experience; fresh grads in Human Resources or Psychology are welcome. Excellent English, team spirit, and willingness to night shifts are valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Able to work onsite in Makati and Mandaluyong.
• Willing to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Point person for employee relations and labor relations.
• Provides job counselling to employees.
• Administers general HR policies and labor relations programs.
• Ensures grievance-handling and disciplinary proceedings align with policy and DOLE.
• Assists resignation and termination procedures and potential legal matters.
• Executes Exit Interviews and Clearances.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
