The ESOL IT SERVICES INC. HR Generalist role supports and executes HR programs, including employee engagement, performance management, People Manager enablement, HR operations, compliance, and data management.
You will ensure accuracy of employee data in SuccessFactors and collaborate with HRBP to lead data cleanup, while working with managers and staff to deliver HR services. The position requires 3–5 years in HR, proficiency in HRIS (SuccessFactors) and MS Office, and strong communication.

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting and executing various HR programs and initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, People Manager enablement, HR operations, compliance, and employee data management.
The role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee data in SuccessFactors, including personal information, compensation details, and other employee records. The HR Generalist will work closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead data cleanup and validation initiatives, while collaborating with People Managers, employees, and other stakeholders throughout the process.
This role also partners closely with employees and managers to deliver effective HR services and contribute to a positive employee experience.
Coordinate performance review cycles and goal-setting activities.
Monitor completion of performance check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
Provide support to the HRBP and People Managers during performance management and improvement discussions.
Assist in ensuring timely completion of performance-related activities and documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including PULSE and other employee experience programs.
Provide support for People Manager Enablement programs and related HR initiatives.
Coordinate with employees, managers, and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of HR programs.
Assist the HRBP in delivering HR initiatives aligned with business and employee needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
Support employee data cleanup initiatives, ensuring accuracy and completeness of personal information, compensation details, and other employee records.
Conduct data validation and coordinate with employees and People Managers to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain HR databases, employee files, reports, and other relevant documentation.
Generate and prepare HR reports and data for business and management requirements.
Ensure HR processes and activities are aligned with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Assist with internal and external audits, compliance requirements, and HR reporting.
Support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Provide timely and accurate HR support to employees and managers.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
Working knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and HR best practices.
Experience working with HRIS platforms; SuccessFactors experience is an advantage.
Strong analytical and data management skills; comfortable working with data and numbers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and other HR systems.
B2 to C1 English proficiency.
Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
