We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to join our growing team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and compliance.

Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and processes.
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination and HMO enrollment.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
Support the implementation of performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide guidance and assistance in handling employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, escalating issues when necessary.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a generalist or similar HR role.
Strong understanding of HR processes, labor regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications and familiarity with HRIS or HR tools.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Amenable to work in the night shift and in a hybrid setup
