Job summary

CloudCFO in the Philippines is seeking an HR role to support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, labor relations, employer branding, and HR administration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Psychology and 0–2 years of HR experience or internship. Strong communication, organization, and English proficiency are required, with Filipino language a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years HR experience; fresh grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on role requirements and interview logistics.
• Source candidates via portals, referrals and other channels.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare status reports.
• Guide new hires through payroll and onboarding procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs and attendance.
• Organize team events and recognition programs.
• Assist employees with benefits questions and government-m mandated documentation.
