Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-2 years HR experience; fresh graduates with internship or OJT welcome.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on role requirements and logistics.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare status reports.
• Assist in maintaining job descriptions and specifications.
• Guide onboarding through payroll and documentation procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules and new hire orientation.
• Support offboarding with exit interviews and paperwork.
• Coordinate internal/external training programs and attendance.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and surveys.
• Support HR policies, records, and reports.
