Job summary

SYSGEN RPO is seeking an HR Generalist in Metro Manila to support employee relations, timekeeping, HR administration, and performance management. The role focuses on policy compliance, documentation, and accurate HR data management to drive payroll accuracy and employee engagement.

You will partner with managers and departments to resolve issues, maintain records, and implement HR processes aligned with Philippine labor laws while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or related field.
• 2–4 years HR Generalist experience in BPO/RPO/shared services.
• Understanding of Philippine labor practices.
• Experience in employee relations, admin, timekeeping, performance management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations issues professionally.
• Manage timekeeping, attendance records and payroll data.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports.
• Support performance management, coaching, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
