Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and personnel documentation.
• Assist in employee orientation, training, and development programs.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and other employee-related records.
• Handle employee inquiries and assist in resolving HR concerns.
• Prepare HR reports, documents, and correspondence.
• Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and HR programs.
• Coordinate employee benefits, government requirements, and other HR-related matters.
• Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Coordinate with management and other departments on personnel matters.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
