Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking an HR Generalist dedicated to payroll and timekeeping to support HR operations.

You will manage timekeeping records, assist with payroll processing, and ensure accuracy of employee data while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel, and knowledge of local labor standards to handle government-mandated benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• 6 months to 1 year HR experience, preferably payroll and timekeeping.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor standards and government-mandated benefits.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate employee timekeeping records
• Monitor attendance, absences, tardiness, undertime, and overtime
• Prepare and consolidate payroll data for processing
• Verify payroll inputs and ensure accuracy of employee records
• Assist employees with payroll, attendance, and benefits concerns
• Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
• Assist with government-mandated benefits and HR documentation
• Support other HR and administrative tasks as needed
