Job summary

Ibex Inc. in the Philippines seeks an HR Generalist to support a customer contact center with employee relations, benefits, safety, and performance management. The role partners with the HR Manager to ensure compliant, efficient HR services across the employee lifecycle.

You will assist onboarding, administer HR policies, and provide training to managers, while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. This is a full-time, on-site position in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree in HR, Psychology, or Business preferred.
• Two years of experience in HR focusing on employee relations.
• HR certifications are helpful.
• Experience in telecom/call center or large workforce preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Supports management and employees on HR issues and policies.
• Onboards new hires and administers HR policies and procedures.
• Administers programs for leave, safety, benefits, and records.
• Delivers HR training and supports engagement initiatives.
• Ensures legal compliance across HR activities.
