Job summary

TaskUs, a global provider of outsourced digital services, is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees in our Angeles, Pampanga site. You will handle employee relations, administer HR programs, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

You will partner with payroll, benefits, and talent teams, manage investigations, onboarding, and leave administration, and help drive a People First culture through accurate, confidential service and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Handles due process documents and proceedings such as admin hearings.
• Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Administers and executes HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance and talent management.
• Handles inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
• Attends disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Keeps knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
