Job summary

Bald Puppies Solutions Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, and maintain confidential employee records.

You will monitor attendance, leaves, benefits, and assist payroll while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in HR Generalist roles, strong knowledge of DOLE/SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine HR practices and labor compliance.
• Experience handling employee records, recruitment, payroll coordination, benefits, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements.
• Experience with HRIS or ERP systems such as Odoo is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee concerns
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
• Monitor attendance, leave, and employee benefits
• Assist in payroll preparation and government contributions
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements
• Implement and monitor company HR policies and procedures
• Prepare HR documents, reports, notices, and memoranda
• Assist in employee disciplinary cases and investigations
• Monitor HR compliance deadlines, permits, and required submissions
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine HR practices and labor compliance
• Experience handling employee records, recruitment, payroll coordination, benefits, and employee relations
• Knowledge of DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Experience with HRIS or ERP systems such as Odoo is an advantage
