Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
• At least 6 months to 1-year experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• With knowledge of HR functions (pay Compensation & benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.).
• With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures. Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels with problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Strong ethics and reliability. Potential to handle a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• The Human Resources Generalist creates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide employee-oriented, high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
