Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR or business administration.
• 1+ year experience as HR Generalist or similar.
• Knowledge of payroll, benefits, last pay processing, booking and travel allowances.
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Experience as HR Officer is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Integrity, strong ethics, and reliability.
• Ability to take on leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handles last pay processing, ticket booking, and travel allowance arrangements.
• Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Performs routine HR tasks including compensation, benefits, leave administration, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, employee productivity, recognition and morale, and health and safety.
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Assists in the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintains employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
