Clark Outsourcing is seeking an HR Generalist to manage core employee lifecycle, relations, benefits, and compliance. You will support Partner Staff, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate records across the HRIS.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, organization, and service orientation, with responsibilities spanning contract management, performance support, benefits, offboarding, and regulatory reporting. On-site in Clark, Pampanga.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field or equivalent.
• 2+ years in HR within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with employee relations, disciplinary administration, and benefits.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary HR contact for employee inquiries and guidance.
• Manage employment contracts and status updates in the HRIS.
• Coordinate performance evaluations and disciplinary processes.
• Administer statutory benefits and HR-related inquiries.
• Oversee offboarding, exit interviews, and documentation.
• Prepare government reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
