Zusammenfassung

Clark Outsourcing is hiring an HR Generalist/Support to manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, records, benefits, and compliance. You will coordinate with HR leadership and branch management to ensure an exceptional employee experience and adherence to policies.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. On-site, night shift 9:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT in the Philippines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR or HR administration experience.
• Healthcare, home healthcare or staffing experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits and HR compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS and digital document management systems.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and files; prepare reports and ensure compliance.
• Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding, new-hire orientation, and exit procedures.
