Job summary

The Lead Tree - Clark Outsourcing is seeking an HR Generalist (Internal) to manage core employee lifecycle, relations, benefits, and compliance at Clark Outsourcing in Clark, Pampanga. The role operates on-site with a 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM schedule and flexible adjustments.

You will handle contract changes, employee touchpoints, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and government reporting, while maintaining confidential employee records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRM, BA, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources, preferably handling multiple HR functions in a BPO/outsourcing setting.
• Experience in employee relations, disciplinary administration, performance management, benefits administration, documentation, and offboarding.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and due process requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for internal staff regarding inquiries, policies, procedures, and employment matters.
• Provide guidance on company policies and HR procedures.
• Conduct employee touchpoints, counselling sessions, and HR discussions as needed.
• Document employee concerns, discussions, actions, and follow-up requirements.
• Assist in resolving employee concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness in handling employee matters.
• Prepare and process employment contract amendments and related documents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate approved changes before documentation.
• Ensure amendments are reviewed, signed, and filed.
