Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking an HR Generalist to manage core employee lifecycle, relations, benefits, performance, and compliance at Clark Outsourcing in Pampanga. The role supports partner staff, handles confidential matters, and ensures timely HR processes.

The ideal candidate is organized, service-driven, and detail-oriented, with strong English communication and the ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines in a BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or better in a related field (Psychology, HR, Business Admin, Legal Management).
• At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in fast-paced BPO/outsourcing environments.
• Experience with employee relations, disciplinary administration, performance management, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employee inquiries and guidance.
• Assist with employee relations, counseling, and action plans.
• Process employment contracts and amendments; maintain HRIS records.
