About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team at IAN Smart Energy Corp in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our organizational growth and ensuring our employees receive exceptional HR support. The HR Generalist will serve as a strategic partner across all levels of the organization, managing a diverse portfolio of human resources functions and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and practices that align with our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees


• Administer employee relations functions, including contract management, performance management coordination, and employee grievance handling


• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks


• Coordinate training and development programmed to support employee professional growth and skills enhancement


• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases whilst ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations


• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR matters, including performance management and employee engagement


• Assist with compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and benefits communication


• Support workplace culture initiatives and employee engagement activities


• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies


• Handle employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role


• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations


• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels


• Strong organizational and time management abilities with proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously


• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications


• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally


• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing HR solutions


• Experience with training coordination and employee development programmed is preferred


• Knowledge of health and safety compliance is advantageous
