Job description

The incumbent is responsible for executing a comprehensive range of Human Resources services, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement. The role involves close coordination with internal departments and external partners such as PESO, TESDA, and academic institutions to ensure the seamless and efficient delivery of HR operations.

Additionally, the incumbent monitors HR-related concerns, analyzes trends and issues, recommends strategic improvements, ensures strict adherence to labor laws and government-mandated benefits, and consistently provides timely updates to leadership on employee and departmental matters.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
A graduate of BS Psychology, preferably a licensed Psychometrician.

Minimum Experience Required:

At least with 1 year experience as HR Generalist.
