Responsibilities

• Recruitment: determine applicant requirements, screen candidates, source applicants, assess qualifications, manage applicant communications, prepare employee files, assist recruitment tasks.
• Timekeeping and Payroll: generate employee logs and timesheets for payroll, monitor salary deductions, conduct payroll entries, liaise with government agencies, process loans/claims, monitor documents, post government benefits.
• Employee Relations: address employee issues on HR matters, ensure disciplinary actions are correct.

Education

Job Description:

Main Role:

Provides universal HR support to all personnel and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed including but not limited to:

Recruitment

• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles
• Sourcing job applicants from the database and exploring employment opportunities
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Make sure that all the correspondences from the applicants are properly address
• Prepare 201 file of the employee
• Assist recruitment in handling various recruitment tasks

Timekeeping and Payroll

• Generate employee logs an prepare timesheet every cut off for payroll processing
• Monitor and prepare items for salary deduction to employees
• Conduct payroll entries
• Acts as a liaison to the government agencies
• Processing of loans and claims (SSS/PHILHEALTH and HDMF)
• Monitor documents for transaction with government agencies
• Prepares monthly payment and posting of government mandated benefits

Employee Relations

• Assists in addressing employee issues on HR matters
• Ensures correctness of the disciplinary action issued to all employees
