Position Summary
We are seeking a hands‑on and organized HR Generalist to support our growing retail business. This role delivers end‑to‑end HR services across multiple store locations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and policy compliance. The successful candidate will help promote a positive work environment while acting as a reliable HR resource for employees and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
- At least two (2) years of experience in an HR Generalist or equivalent HR role; experience in retail or multi‑branch operations is an advantage
- Working knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with strong overall computer literacy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Well‑organized, flexible, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting
- Willing to visit different store locations as business needs require
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for store‑level and head office roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and job offer coordination
- Facilitate employee onboarding to ensure proper orientation on company policies, job roles, and workplace culture
- Serve as the main HR contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and workplace matters
- Partner with store managers to resolve employee relations concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Review and monitor attendance, work schedules, and timekeeping records for accuracy and policy compliance
- Coordinate with payroll to validate working hours and assist in resolving payroll concerns
- Maintain up‑to‑date, accurate, and confidential employee files and HR records
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across all store locations
- Monitor HR data such as attendance, attrition, and engagement to support reporting and planning
- Assist in training activities, compliance programs, and employee benefits communications

- Monday to Saturday
- Flexible hours to support store operations and required on‑site visits
