Job summary

One CoreDev IT Inc. (CORE) is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage daily HR tasks and employee life cycle following onboarding.

The role covers orientation, 201 file maintenance, contract releases, and offboarding while ensuring compliance with company policies. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR or related field and at least 6 months of HR experience, with knowledge of HR principles and good communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HR or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as an HR Coordinator or Generalist.
  • Relevant certificates such as Registered Psychometrician are a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR principles including employment law and compliance.

  • Maintains employee records from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Secures digital and physical 201 folders for employees.
  • Releases contracts for new hires and processes employment movement.
  • Responds to inquiries and resolves issues related to HR policies and practices.
  • Conducts exit interviews and handles post-employment processes for separations.
  • Administers enrollment and tracks mandated online registrations for new hires.
  • Supports government-m mandated employee benefits and HRIS data accuracy.

Job description

Our HR department is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource department as part of the employees’ life cycle after their successful onboarding. These will undertake wide range of HR Tasks from doing company orientation, creating of 201, maintaining of HR portals, processing of movement and conduct offboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Maintains employee records from the time they were onboarded (from their requirements, contracts and other related documents)
  • Secure digital (for all scanned/electronically signed documents) and physical (personally signed or submitted documents) 201 folders
  • Release contracts of new hires
  • Participates in meetings/admin hearing assigned for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions
  • Performs case management (minor levels) as it pertains to employment issues regarding usual company policy compliance: attendance infractions, OPS violations, other moderate offenses
  • Processes requisitions such as certificate of employment
  • Prepares written materials for the purpose of providing documentation and/or conveying information (Minutes of the Meeting, Employee Violation Reports)
  • Responds to inquiries from employees for the purpose of resolving issues and providing information
  • Processes movement (regularization, transfer, change of designation) of rank-and-file employees – entry level/agent level positions
  • Knowledgeable on common labor laws in relation to the existing company policies
  • Conducts exit interview to employees who resigned or got terminated
  • Performs necessary post-employment process for separated employees (account removal, deactivation, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in the parameters and eligibility of employees on Perfect Attendance Bonus/Incentive, referral incentive, signing bonus and any other related incentives
  • Processes online enrolment and tracks enrollment of newly hires and employed personnel on mandated online registration
  • Familiarity with the government/mandated employee benefits
  • Can process the needed government deletion for separated employees
  • Responsible for monitoring and checking that HRIS records are updated especially for the basic employee information
  • Maintains the digital files saved in the system
  • Knows, understand and performs the necessary process incorporated in the system
  • Engage and inform employees around HR policies and programs, providing advice, where necessary
  • Administer the reward and recognition programs of the company; works closely with the team in implementing other initiatives on rewarding and celebrating small and big wins
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as an HR Coordinator or Generalist or any related experience
  • With any related certificates / Registered Psychometrician
  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment law and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
