iScale Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist to handle employee relations, benefits administration, and lifecycle operations in the Philippines. You will address employee inquiries, investigate issues, and ensure compliance with PH labor laws while coordinating with Payroll and IT for onboarding and offboarding processes.
Responsibilities include managing HMO enrollment, renewals, and benefits; supporting audits and compliance; and maintaining accurate HR records with an emphasis on
Address employee concerns, grievances, performance/conduct issues, and HR inquiries while ensuring compliance with PH labor laws and company policies.
Investigate complaints and misconduct, partnering with managers to enforce disciplinary due process and document cases (incident reports, NTEs, hearings, Notices of Decision).
Support conflict resolution, maintain case trackers, and assist with internal compliance, ISO document control, and HR audits.
Manage HMO enrollments, deletions, dependent updates, reimbursement, billing reconciliations, LOAs, and provider liaison while maintaining an accurate HMO Masterlist.
Lead annual HMO renewal: conduct satisfaction survey 3–5 months prior, evaluate proposals, present cost-benefit comparisons, verify census, and oversee open enrollment.
Review HMO billing accuracy before Finance endorsement and administer other statutory/company benefits.
Manage end-to-end offboarding (resignations, terminations, redundancies), conduct exit interviews, prepare Exit Interview Reports, and escalation compliance risks to leadership.
Coordinate clearance processes across Payroll, Finance, IT, and Facilities, updating separation/attrition records and final pay docs (COEs, BIR Form 2316).
Support onboarding, status transitions, HR reporting/trackers, and coordinate status changes, deductions, and separations with Payroll.
Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or related field.
2–4 years HR Generalist experience (BPO, shared services, tech, or corporate environment preferred).
Hands-on experience in ER, HMO/benefits, offboarding clearance, documentation, and HRIS administration.
Demonstrated solutions-oriented approach, assessing risks and recommending practical solutions.
Working knowledge of PH labor laws and disciplinary due process.
Strong documentation, communication, case management, and multitasking skills under strict confidentiality.
Proficiency in Google Workspace; HRIS experience (Zoho People, Odoo) is an advantage.
