Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Bauan, Batangas is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee a broad range of HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.

You will support day-to-day HR operations and partner with employees and management on people-related matters in a full onsite, dayshift setting. The role requires at least 5 years of HR experience, with end-to-end recruitment expertise and solid knowledge of employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of general HR experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance mgmt, compensation & benefits, training and HR administration.
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition expertise with end-to-end processes.
• 1 year of people management or leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience in logistics, maritime, transportation, shipping, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HR practices, policies and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across functions to deliver HR services.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Handle employee relations and guide on HR policies and workplace matters.
• Support performance management processes and employee development.
• Assist in compensation and benefits administration.
• Coordinate and support training and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support HR policy development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide guidance to the HR team and stakeholders as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day HR operations across various HR functions, ensuring timely and effective delivery of HR services.
• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
• Handle employee relations concerns and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, employee development, and related HR initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs and other employee-related processes.
• Coordinate and support training and development initiatives based on organizational and employee needs.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives that contribute to employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR team and other stakeholders, as needed.
