Job summary

HRTx Inc in Bauan, Batangas is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to oversee a broad range of HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. You will support day-to-day HR operations and partner with staff and management on people-related matters.

Experience in logistics, maritime, transportation, shipping, or related industries is highly preferred. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and substantial HR experience are required, with leadership exposure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4 to 5 years of general HR experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and HR administration.
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end processes.
• At least 1 year of people management or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in logistics, maritime, transportation, shipping, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across various HR functions to ensure timely HR services.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and design recruitment strategies.
• Address employee relations concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and workplace matters.
• Support performance management processes including reviews and development initiatives.
• Assist in compensation and benefits program administration.
• Coordinate and support training and development initiatives based on needs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws; implement HR programs and initiatives to boost engagement.

• Handle employee relations concerns and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, employee development, and related HR initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs and other employee-related processes.
• Coordinate and support training and development initiatives based on organizational and employee needs.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives that contribute to employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR team and other stakeholders, as needed.
